1. Use of Service
CartTally is a meal planning service provided by BlakeTech NZ, operating "In Trade" under New Zealand law. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
2. Private Beta & Accuracy
CartTally is currently in Private Beta. While we provide services with reasonable care and skill as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act, you acknowledge that:
- Price Estimates: Grocery prices are estimates based on average data and may not reflect real-time store prices.
- Allergy Safety: You must always double-check ingredient labels on physical products before consumption. CartTally is a planning tool and not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your dietary preferences and allergy settings in the app to ensure safe meal generation.
4. Feedback
We welcome feedback during our beta period. By providing feedback, you grant us the right to use that feedback to improve the product without compensation.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
